Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich allerdings hatte man irgendwie das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter/in sehr gehetzt sind und nicht ganz so aufmerksam wie man es sollte. Die Zimmergröße war völlig in Ordnung allerdings sehr abgewohnt, eine Renovierung wäre dringend fällig.

Das Personal im Restaurant vor allem beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Ein Lächeln war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht einmal in irgendeinem Gesicht der Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Ganz im Gegenteil als mein Sohn der Servicekraft eine Frage stellte, war ihr das zu viel und er wurde auch noch angemeckert. Sie hätte jetzt keine Zeit nach dem Müsli zu schauen... Die Köche die das Buffet auffüllten waren sehr freundlich und höflich. Als kleiner Tipp wären vielleicht ein paar Teilchen oder frisch geschnittenes Obst noch ein Blickfang auf dem Buffet.
