estrutura de piscinas, qualidade das comidas, infraestrutura do hotel. variedade de comida dos snacks, programação da recreação boa para crianças e adultos, salão de jogos.

Estrutura precisa de reforma, funcionários sem treinamento para informações básicas, alguns deles extremamente cansados por conta da alta carga de trabalho, desorganização com informações básicas como local de encontro para atividade com recreadores e sobre o jantar de ano novo.

Achei que o quarto poderia ter mais conforto e uma cama melhor. Tb achei que poderia ter elevadores, já que hospeda muitos idosos.
