Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, zwei Tage vor Abreise musste ich mein Zimmer tauschen wegen Reparaturarbeiten, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr mager ausgestattet. Personal dieses mal stellenweise sehr unhöflich (war die male zuvor ganz anders).

Hotels.c*m doesn't tell you something important about this place: they have a strict "no guests" policy. I was informed of this when I checked in, but I foolishly imagined they would never enforce it. Wrong! I brought a guest to my room and they enforced it aggressively, confronting me in a way that would never happen in the U.S. It was a horrible experience. Don't mess with these folks!

The service seemed average. The experience with the hotel airport shuttle was bad. The room was okay but the AC was not functioning well as it took a long time to reach the desired temperature.

"Not happy 🙁"

When I arrived at 3:30 am in the morning, the hotel had no booking for me, I had booking conformation nr. Had to pay an additional night stay plus my normal cost of QR 1100 for 5 nights. Desk staff not very helpful. Did not know the time of restaurant as we wanted lunch the following morning as we missed breakfast.
