"safir doha hotel is the only option if you budget"

The hotel location was the worst, no one knew where it was and it was very hard to get to at times. For the price it was not bad, however I would recommend staying at another hotel that has 5 stars and pay a little more than stay there ever again.

"Very nice, pretty close to airport"

This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the price - the room was really nice, the breakfast was good, the staff pleasant and efficient. I wasn't there long enough to try out all the facilities (pool, etc). It's about 10 minutes or less from the airport by taxi. The hotel is new, and prices may go up when it's more established, but at the current price or even a bit more, I would happily stay here again if I pass through Qatar.

"great hotel and excellent staff"

We really enjoyed the stay at doha. Loved the hotel the staff was very helpful to us. Pool was kept open longer for us so we could have a swim later after hours. Ali from the front desk and the Phillipino man frm the health club were so good at their job. Love to come again. Bed was a little small for two but otherwise comfortable. Very close to airport and small shops.

hotel is brand new, room is nice and spacious, its not easy finding a taxi, internet was not working for the 2 nights i was there, the AC is very loud.
