The staff were friendly and welcoming especially and older gentlemen (wish i would remember his name). Great location and while the room is quite small its efficient and comfortable.

Lift out of order, nowhere during booking when you pay for breakfast it states that it is a grab and go bag with basic items. Considering the contents - the breakfast is a massive overcharge. The shower is in the toilet - i dont know how else to expllain it - after you use the shover - bathroom is off limits with dry clothes - ridiculous design, never seen anything like it.

The room was tiny and it had no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. I didn’t feel that the accommodation was value for the money I paid for one night. The location of the hotel was quite a walk from the city centre
