Too cramped rooms, conjusted toilet, no chair in the room, no lift working, no place for breakfast, Sheraton brand name is mis-leading

When booking online i thought i was going to pay at the hotel so was not happy when payment was taken, even though prompted throughout that payment would be at the hotel. The room was much smaller than i expected with very little hanging space. The walk in shower and toilet did not give us anywhere to stand so wet feet. Small space, could not swing a cat! Once the heating was on it was nice and toastie. Parking was on street and depended on how lucky you were as to how close you got. As this is within the CAZ be careful not to get caught out! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Cheep and very cheery, It’s ok for the odd night and close to the city centre.

Closet bathroom Room was much smaller than expected. Photos did not give a clear indication of size. No water in the bedroom but there were glasses. Had to call reception to turn on the heating as the control did not seem to work in the bedroom.
