Four Points Flex by Sheraton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter

The room was terrible, it was so small you could hardly move. It had no wardrobe and the toilet was inside the shower.

The room

I liked the wet room. The bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean and well-appointed.

It was a very, very small room. 'Bijou' but still nice. My 6 ft husband and I were just a little crowded. We'd like a slightly larger room next time.

Priced okay

A lot. Poor facilities. Horrid room, poor AC. Overall whack

Clean , in a good area and the staff were really helpful. I can’t remember the gentlemen’s name who checked me in early hours of the 25th but he was lovely and helpful

Room air conditioning was very poor, in this hot weather that should be functioning correctly. All windows was locked so it was an absolute sauna in the room.

Cost hotel in the jewellery quarter in Birmingham. The rooms are clean. The windowless rooms take a while to adjust, but it would be lovely to have water and ice fountains in a central location. No water in the rooms and the shower temperature isn’t easily adjustable.
