"Great stay in Palermo"

This hotel is the perfect location to explore Palermo. It is next to the old town with the pedestrian only streets. The breakfast offered many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful

"No Ambience"

The hotel itself is good but lacks atmosphere the staff at reception do very little to make your stay a good one. Maybe a nod or a Buongiorno nothing else. We need some toilet rolls there isn’t even a number for reception to call for assistance. The Rome was good no complaints breakfast was so, so.

"Perfect position in town"

A bit noisy outside. They can't help it but there was a festival in the piazza that went late.
