The location is wonderful… in close proximity in getting around the central town

Little dated and the foyer had an unpleasant smell but it did not effect our stay

The hotel is very centrally located. It was about a 40 minute walk to the train station or bus station although two services 101 and the 102 run directly from outside the hotel to the station making all journeys around Palermo etc very accessible. We had an issue with our booking as we had wanted twin beds and the room we were taken to had a double and was small. However, the staff very quickly upgraded us and we were put into a twin bedroom that overlook the square. Throughout our stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly and couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast selection was varied and substantial. It is essential to make sure that you go up to the roof Terrace, the views are amazing and it’s definitely a place to have a drink even if you don’t eat there.

First impression of the hotel was that the outside needed the paintwork to be refurbished and the door handle was badly worn so it all looked a little bit tired. As in many hotels the breakfast room is downstairs and some of the wallpaper et cetera was peeling as you went down. However, the breakfast room was bright and airy lovely clean tablecloth and service was excellent.

Perfectly positioned to take advantage of the opportunities in Palermo. Roof top bar for a drink late in evening. Availability of a 'concierge' parking facility.

Staff and location were great.

Walls were thin- lots of noise in the hallway each morning.

The location was perfect. The room and bathroom were excellent. Room service was flawless.

The hotel didn’t have a separate bar from the restaurant, and was only open for a limited time during the afternoon and early evening.

Amazing location right in the Center of town and the Piazza. Clean modern and comfortable. The rooftop bar and restaurant were absolutely over-the-top. (No pun intended) Our meal was the finest we have had in our Europe trip. Kudos to the Chef and great staff. The breakfast was giant, with a hundred offerings of fresh food.

Great location, very clean, great choice for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to everywhere. The roof terrace for a drink is stunning and a must.
