US19 century beautiful hotel with all the modern conveniences. Terrific location just a short walk to the old city. The restaurant was perfect and we ate there every night and enjoyed each meal. Friendly family run hotel and good value. You will not regret staying there.

AUI did not have breakfast as we where fasting Ramadan. They could have offered suhoor for us instead but they did not.
That they did not offer suhoor instead of breakfast meal for us as it was part of the hotel deal breakfast. It was the month of Ramdan and we could have had Suhoor instead.

Beds too small. Room too small, nowhere to put suitcases. No hairdryer. Couldn't use the restaurant because of private parties for Ramadan, made it very difficult to find a place to eat.
CALocated in East Jerusalem, this hotel is a little oasis not located far from the Old City. The hotel is nestled off of a little side street, which certainly helped keep things quiet in the hotel. The staff were WONDERFUL and always willing to assist with any questions we had, or arrange any tours. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel makes some incredible Palestinian dishes and I highly recommend trying a few of them. Despite being a busy restaurant, the staff always managed to fit us in, which was really appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of items in it and we enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
Most of the rooms are located on the second floor which has numerous steps to climb. Bringing luggage up might be problematic for some older guests.
GBGreat place to stay, very clean, friendly staff and the walk to Al Aqsa was only 15 minutes. The Hotel is friendly to people of all kinds of faith and background.
USThe lady whom works during the date at front desk she is THE BEST!!! She really took care of me !!! Always willing to help out !!!! Thank You !!! Also the graveyard front desk clerk was very helpful!!!
TV with internet connection did not work (not signal)...asked for help 4 times (first and second someone came in and worked for a little bit and stopped ) I gave up!!! On 5th day I saw the lady at front dedk. Asked her for her and when I csme back from my tour it was fixed !!! She is the Best !!!
