GBRoom was super clean and overall the hotel was great value for money. Love the visit Palestine signs around the hotel! 5 minute walk into the nearest gate leading into Jerusalem old city. Overall great value for money.
USGBThe hotel and room was clean, the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices laid out. The freshly made to order omelette is a nice touch. The hotel is small and not overcrowded and almost like being at home in a family environment. There is a full time restaurant in the hotel too. Room and bathroom have been finished to a very high standard. A bathroom douche would have been useful but was not fitted. TV signal didn't work on our stay but we were told normally it works. Staff tried to fix it so full marks for trying. All the main facilities were excellent including comfort, cleanliness, and customer care. The room got cleaned daily. The air con was working perfectly, as well as the bathroom with powerful hot shower. The room size was medium and enough for 2 people. Location is excellent. We didn't have any noise coming into the room and had a very restful pleasant stay.

FRI enjoyed staying at this hotel which was both comfortable and in a great location. I could walk to see many sites in or near Old Jerusalem. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis or an airport shuttle when needed.

Bit noisy air conditioning machines
We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms and hotel are super clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have a restaurant with excellent food. The hotel is at a walking distance to many shops and the old city.
