GBNice and quiet place pretty close to the old town, one of the few places that had a twin room (two single beds). We've enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful overall.

USUSAzzahra is one of the most beautiful, historic hidden-gem hotels I have ever been to. I will ONLY be staying here on any trip to Jerusalem. The service and staff were impeccable. The area phenomenal and safe and tucked away. Walls are soundproof. Incredible family owned facility.

FRThe staff were helpful and professional. The room was small, but clean, modern, and pleasant. The hotel interior is nicely decorated. The breakfast was tasty, varied, and generous. The hotel is well-located in Arab East Jerusalem, very close to the "Garden Tomb", and just north of the Herod Gate to the Old City. So it is an easy walk to all the major historical sites in the Old City.
The wifi was very weak and unreliable.
AEThey make you feel like home. Being a boutique hotel with only 14 rooms it makes the stay more special and personalized. The staff are like family members taking care of you like a family.
I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately my trip came to an end
