Great location. Good clean room and wifi. Nice staff. The check in is on the ground level at Pizzaria Anja. Just walk in and they will check you in, give you a free drink and then a waiter will show you to your room. Good food at restaurant. Nice free breakfast in the morning at the restaurant. This was my 2nd time there and I'll go back.

The hotel had an offer of a small cheap room, but we went for the 'nicer' and less cheap option. Our room had no windows, and a skylight we couldn't cover which meant we woke up at dawn. The wifi didn't work in the room, and the shower had two settings: scalding hot and freezing cold. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, there are several (somewhat touristy) riverside bars right next to the hotel (the one with the terrible floral sofas is quite good), and the castle and stone bridge are a stone's throw away. Overall though, we were a bit disappointed.

You're in the center of it with the hotel location and that is great. Be psyched about that. The room was clean, efficient. A bit small. Could really use chairs/desk! I enjoyed the interactions with the staff on all fronts and the breakfast we received as part of the package was very good.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean and tidy but basic but i wouldn't have expected anymore for this level of hotel, two negatives to point out, you were only given one key per room and the second negative our party had two rooms booked and in the three days we were there neither room had any hot water.

The room was clean and towels changed everyday. The hotel is located in the center of the town, which is good. The problem is that it is in a very noisy location, just above a street full of cafeterias and bars with loud music until midnight or more. People in charge are nice, but the hotel does not have a front desk and if you need something you have to go downstairs and contact somebody from the restaurant. Even though there is a telephone in the room, apparently it does not work because I could not get the number. There is no internet conection but just an open net that did not work all the time.

The room was good and for the price no complaints. Service was excellent.Breakfast was a real, no international type breakfast! Rooms and bath were small but ok for a short stay.Check in was at the restruant. Location was great most points of interest could be accessed by foot, however during the evening many of the restraunts and bars were open until 01:00 so noise from the crowds could be heard until then. Afterwards all was quiet.Could not recommend it for a family (due to room size) or long term stay. The hotel is good for weekend stays to enjoy a very hospitable and historical city.
