All good. We did upgrade to the main building as original room no view.Appreciated being accomodating A suggestion to send a message to guests to inform about dinner not buffet but fixed menu. Then it is not a surprize

The staff, their hospitality and accommodating our requests was superb. The venues's itself, activities, dining & coziness was excellent.

What I would like, is a simple fast food menu when guests (kids& adults) are not keen on the full buffet option.

The toilet didn’t work and the room wasn’t serviced well on both days

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The place was neat and tidy and the meals was delicious and tasty.

The bathroom shower screen over the tub was not ideal as the water kept spraying out. The cleaning service during the days that we were staying was very basic. She didn't bother cleaning the area that our shoes were left as there was leaves still there post room service. There was also dust over some areas in the room.

The location is perfect for a trip up Sami Pass obviously. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Facilities exceeded our expectations. Food was great and a huge selection.

If anything the dining room was a little noisy and impersonal.

La ubicación es genial, cerca del Sani Pass y Lesotho, y el entorno es precioso. El hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer, pero siendo temporada baja, no todo está disponible/abierto. La cama es cómoda, pero le hace falta una manta eléctrica en invierno. El personal es muy amable. Hay una piscina climatizada, que estaba bien, aunque el agua no estaba muy caliente. Hay varios senderos para hacer excursión y una catarata bonita cerca.

Estuvimos en un bloque separado del edificio principal y, aunque tenía buenas vistas, la habitación estaba muy fría. Hay chimenea de gas, que los técnicos tuvieron que encender cada día, y hay aíre acondicionado, pero hace muchísimo ruido. Seria una idea poner mantas eléctricas en esas habitaciones, ya que antes de dormir, hay que apagar el gas (por seguridad) y el aire (por el ruido que hace). La comida: casi toda la comida "caliente" estaba tibia, o fría. Una noche, eramos pocos huéspedes y en vez de buffet, había un menú fijo. Horroroso. La carne era incomestible (y fría, cómo siempre). En las 3 noches que estuvimos, la única comida caliente era el curry.
