"SAFETY HAZARD!"

This is our second time at premiere Sani Pass. This time we decided to book a suite- which had a lounge, kitchen/coffee facility, gas heater, air conditioning etc. beautiful room

Unfortunately we will not be returning to this property due to safety reasons and hazard reasons. The Gas heater that is provided in the room had a leak… imagine gas! When my husband tried to switch the heater on there was an explosion- burnt the hairs off his hands and a small burn to his finger.had we not left the lounge door ajar, this would have been a very big explosion with the gas accumulation, needless to say if we were asleep and if the initial incident did not happen, we were not going to wake up in the morning. We reported the incident to reception. The manageress immediately arranged for the Maintaince guy to assess the gas heater- he confirmed there was a gas leak, he said the valve outside was shut off due to the leak and advised us not to use the gas heater. My husband and the Maintaince guy proceeded to reception thinking we would get the room changed due to safety reason, this did not happen! The lounge door had to be left ajar and we closed the door leading into the bedroom for safety purposes.We were not offered first aid at all. Which makes me wonder if the premises actually has first aiders and a first aid box on site.

Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Ressort. Perfekt für Ausflüge zum Sanipass. Schöne Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal nett.
