Comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location and polite staff. Buffet was average, not many non-seafood hot dishes to choose from but suchi was good,so were desserts.Nice and quiet.

Worst experience ever! This China hilton hotel!! Be careful! They charged my deposit $300 when I checked in. They never refunded my money telling me I broke something inside hotel. I don’t understand how they can do this! No clear proof or evidence was given!! Be aware!

"Always the Best of Hilton Tianhe "

Amazing stay as always in the Hilton Tianhe Hotel mainly also because of the typical Asian Hospitality culture. Bed was so nice to sleep in, Lounge GSO and service staff is professional and go beyond call of duty.
