walking distance to a lots places. Many good food around. Very safe for woman to walk around, no disturbance from the local. Nice and friends people around to help. Breakfast very good. Great local food and a lots good shopping area. Can the ferry or boat around the river cruise.

Good Quality Older Hotel . 10 mins. walk to the river ,20 mins. walk to China town and Little India. Good healthy B/F and friendly staff . High floor executive rooms are spacious and well appointed.Well maintained pool.Beaut for a quiet holiday .FOOTNOTE : All foreign visitors we met are unhappy about the new daily room tax levied on FOREIGNERS ONLY ,throughout Malaysia.

Pros Room was big and spacious. Breakfast can be rated at 3/5. Staffs were extremely friendly and polite. Cons Room and toilet were smelly. Room was fully carpeted which was too old and had alot of stains. Bed and furniture inside room were too old and dusty. Toilet and bathtub were not clean and too small.

The hotel is okay although it has some minuses becoz it is an old building. We still use a key to open the door. Over all, my stay was comfortable as the room provided was very spacious. The friendliness of the staff and good services had compensated for some negatives which were minor.

Generally everyone has mentioned that the hotel is old but it serves the purpose and the location is awesome and close proximity to the city of Kuching, rooms are big the shower works so well and everything is great here
