Breakfast was lovely. Camilla was warm, friendly and chatty and so helpful with directions or any questions we had. The location was great and room was comfortable.

Beautiful countryside retreat, homely, spotlessly clean, any concerns were dealt with promptly by Camilla. Wonderful to have horses onsite, beautiful church nearby and perfect location for NEC/Birmingham airport.

Very close to the airport so some airport noise but it didn’t disturb us.

Close to the NEC (walking route about 20 minutes). Lovely cooked breakfast. Very nice clean en-suite room. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower.

The mattress was knackered, creaking springs and awful but the owner replaced it with an excellent matttess for the second night.
