"Beautiful traditional b and b"

Church farm was in the perfect location for us you felt you were in the countryside but so close to the NEC. The hosts and breakfast was lovely. The ponies were an added bonus

Parking was a little tight

"Gorgeous place and lovely host"

Beautiful room with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and Camilla went out of her way to ask us our preferences as vegan and vegetarian. Four gorgeous horses next to our room and a lovely friendly ginger cat who came to say hello at our door! Would definitely recommend as so close to NEC and airport and just a lovely place. Hoping to return…. and thank you for finding and returning my socks!
