Elliott House Boutique Inn

Nice cozy

We arrived during a power outage and ended up being the only guests in the entire place. The owners were not on site, and there were no flashlights available. We did find some candles and made the best of it, turning the evening into a surprisingly romantic night despite the circumstances. Luckily, the heat was on and we had hot water, which made a big difference. The bed was very comfortable, and we were truly grateful for a warm place to sleep and a roof over our heads. We also appreciated the flexibility to bring our dog after our dog sitter canceled at the last minute. One thing to note: we have a 170 Sprinter van, and parking was a real challenge. Definitely something to plan ahead for if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle. Overall, despite the unexpected situation, it was a good and comfortable stay.

Parking was tight. The inn experienced an unfortunate electrical issue after the storm, but we managed to make the best of it. The host was gracious and did what he could to help—given the circumstances, there wasn’t much more that could be done. We were grateful nonetheless.

That bed said it was a queen, but dang it seemed tiny. There was no room for anything on any flat surface. Small tables, huge lamps, fake plants. The room is small but cute. Very convenient location. We would stay there again.

Very clean and welcoming. Parking was great. There are several steps going down a hill to get to the room, but it was no problem for me. Centrally located to places to eat, shopping, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Elliott house has a wonderfully quaint but still updated and very usable feel. Room is quiet despite being near the main road and the layout is intentional to give as much usable space while still looking well designed. Would stay again. Only issue was not having a jetted tub haha.

We loved the atmosphere they created here. Each room a little different from one another, all very cozy. A perfect mixture of old and new This will be one of our stays whenever we travel through these parts
