Hotel Amerinka

We completed the Inca trail and came back to the hotel. They kept our luggage in storage. Since, I injured myself on the trail, they brought our luggage to the room. Wilson was an absolute gem. He helped me call the airline, so i could arrange medical assist. Staff go above and beyond for the customers. This time we didn't have a balcony room, so it was nice and quiet and you couldnt hear all the people outside from the festival. Breakfast was still amazing and they finish promptly at 930am. I loved the city views at breakfast! Beds are comfy and we had no trouble sleeping.

Our shower head didn't have a lot of pressure and leaked over the sides. Still hot! Wifi was a little slow.

They staff were fantastic. We arrived at night from touring the scared valley and were a bit tired and the staff took our bags to the room for us. The showers had a nice pressure and was nice and hot. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for 3 people! Breakfast had lots of options and delicious. You couldn't have asked for a better location. We were in the heart of the historic center of Cusco.

The wifi was spotty, I had a hard time video chatting my mom. We got a balcony which was amazing, but there was a festival going on, so it was a bit noisy.

Brak sejfu w pokoju, łazienka wymaga remontu, na cały 6 dniowy pobyt raz otrzymaliśmy wodę butelkowaną, kolega nie otrzymał zamówionego śniadania na wynos, z restauracji położonej poniżej naszego pokoju dobiegał halas i muzyka do północy, brak okna na zewnątrz budynku

Hotel zlokalizowany blisko historycznego centrum Cuzco. I na tym kończą się pozytywy z uwagi na to że pokoje i szczególnie łazienki wymagają remontu!

Cieknąca woda z umywalki i sedesu, zepsuty sejf, ogólnie hotel lata świetności ma za sobą!

Sólo pude disfrutar un día del desayuno; muy bueno. La ubicación, buena porque está súper cerca a la Plaza de Armas. Hay varios restaurantes cerca así como plazas e Iglesias para poder reforzar el espíritu de Fé.

El primer día dormí en una habitación que para nada se parecía a la "Deluxe", la cual yo había reservado y pagado. Estaba como castigada en la parte más alta y arrinconada, frente a mí la mesa de toallas (parecía que estuviera al costado de la lavandería), me bañé y se salió toda el agua por los lados de la ducha y el inodoro... El olor al ingresar al hotel es terrible!! dice que son cañerías de desague malogradas que no se pueden arreglar. Felizmente me cambiaron de habitación al segundo día, pero el calefactor no funcionaba.... En ambas habitaciones tienen unas frazadas que no provocan usarlas para nada!! Están llenas de bolas (peluzas acumuladas por el uso). El salón de espera tiene sillones cubiertos por telas que parece que están fuera de uso. Creo que deberían tener mejor logística para poder mejorar la infraestructura. Ya que han cubierto áreas del hotel con policarbonato y ya está demasiado usado y el techo totalmente sucio... Me quedé muy insatisfecha.

La ubicación, a solo 2 cuadras de la Plaza Mayor, al lado de la Plaza San Francisco y muy cerca del mercado San Padro.

Solo le falta un sistema de recirculacion de agua caliente, se pierde mucha agua hasta que llega el agua caliente. Y la señal de Internet muy débil en los dormitorios, falta unos repetidores
