We stayed here for Christmas and when we walked in to reception our initial reaction was 'Wow'. Lovely bright reception area and the man who checked us in was very friendly and offered us a glass of cava or iced tea. We were then given the details for our room which was in the Family section. The room was at the back of the poolside bar, close to the steps where entertainment is each night and our balcony overlooked the main road. The first evening our 1 year old could not sleep due to the noise from the entertainment (was close to 11pm before it finished) and was the same most nights. The rooms were small and basic, as we were making bottles it would have been handy to have a sink where the kettle was but as there was not they had to be washed in the bathroom sink. You had to put a sign out each day if you wanted your room cleaned (which I personally think should be done each day especially with children) and even then it is a very basic clean - beds made, bins emptied. Only one day we had a different cleaning lady and she left the room spotless! Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and gave the one year old lots of attention. We were half board plus and switched to lunch each day. Food was very basic but you could always find something to eat and drinks were self serve. A major let down with this hotel was smoking. Everywhere ypu went you could smell cigarette smoke, guests were just lighting up wherever they went especially at the family pool. Each pool ask got minimal sun throughout the day and you had the usual towels on beds from silly o'clock and not used which was very annoying. Overall we had a pretty average stay. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Costa Adeje now and for location this one is great however for food, cleanliness and pools it was not great.

Il ristorante “italiano” è pessimo sia il cibo che i tempi d’attesa tra una portata e l’altra.

Su ubicación, las instalaciones, habitaciones amplias, buffet variado, te dejan una habitación de cortesía el día de la salida para ducharte después de hacer el check out.

El bar de la zona familiar es muy caro en comparación con los precios del bar de la zona de adultos, y no cuenta con demasiadas actividades de ocio a la noche.

Nuestra estancia en HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje superó todas nuestras expectativas. Fuimos en familia y todo fue simplemente perfecto. La habitación era muy confortable y amplia, ideal para disfrutar con niños. Las instalaciones del hotel son estupendas, el servicio impecable y la comida… ¡la mejor! Con mucha variedad y todo muy organizado para todos los gustos. Un detalle que nos encantó fue el desayuno: las tortillas que preparaba Berta, ¡mi hija estaba fascinada porque se las hacía en forma de corazón! Todo el personal fue muy atento, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Nuestra llegada al hotel fue a las 10:00, aunque la entrada es a las 15:00, y nos ofrecieron bajar al comedor para tomar un café durante el horario del desayuno. A las 12:00 nos dieron las llaves de la habitación, ya que nos dieron prioridad para que pudiésemos disfrutar de sus instalaciones antes de hacer el check-in. Un detallazo!!! :) Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de una sesión en el spa que gané en el bingo y fue una verdadera maravilla. La animación, un 10 para DJ Croissant (jeje) y la chica pelirroja (sorry! no se el nombre).

Lo único que no nos convenció fue la atención de la chica que nos atendió en el check-in; a pesar de haber realizado todo online, quiso hacerlo de nuevo. Por suerte, su compañero, muy atento, se dio cuenta enseguida y corrigió la situación.
