Agriturismo Renello

Everything was wonderful. The entire property is beautifully taken care of. The staff were all top notch, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and it was incredible. We ate at the restaurant two nights and it was delicious. We were very well taken care of while staying there. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. The views were breath breathtaking.

Tuscan country charm! Quiet property and super helpful, friendly staff. Our stay was in the cottage with kitchenette which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff recommended several activities we also enjoyed offsite. We watched deer one morning travel through valley at rear of property having coffee on the swing. Laundry service was a big bonus and only 30.00 euros for wash and dry!! The staff genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and truly made you feel like family. Very charming courtyard, grounds and restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

A bit disappointed the fireplace in our room was not yet operable for the season. Was told had I mentioned prior to visit they would have prepared. However there was a fire Saturday evening in the main dining room with a lovely bbq on the open fire.

The location of the agriturismo is very beautiful. The agriturismo grows its own olives and processes them into its own olive oil. This is very nice to see and makes the agriturismo seem authentic. From the outside, the agriturismo looks beautiful and also offers a wonderful view of the countryside. The staff is very friendly. The extra dinner we booked is a nice experience.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend the rooms. The furnishings are very old and there is a very unpleasant smell. The breakfast was very basic, especially compared to the excellent dinner.

Renello ligt centraal als je Toscane wil verkennen. Het biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels, met Monte Amiata als extra feature. Renello biedt naast de accommodatie ook activiteiten aan, zoals een truffel hunt, olijfolieproeverij,… die zeker de moeite zijn.

De kamers waren netjes, maar voor de prijs verwachtten we een beter bed, een deftig werkende douchekraan,…

The views and location were good.

I had a disappointing experience at this agriturismo, which I feel compelled to share. When we booked our stay, the website mentioned that air conditioning was available at an extra charge (photo attached). Upon our arrival, however, we were informed that the specific room we reserved didn’t have AC available at all. This crucial detail should have been clearly stated on the booking site, as it significantly impacted our decision to choose this place. To make matters worse, we arrived during a heat wave, and the room felt like an oven. They provided us with a fan, but it was ineffective, merely circulating hot air. Frustrated, we decided to leave, only to discover they were charging us for the first night regardless of our early departure, which we were ok with as it was our decision to leave. When we asked for a partial refund for the additional nights, the owner was rude and raised his voice, refusing to listen to my husband or discuss the matter further. Additionally, our room was located right next to the driveway, with cars frequently passing by, adding to our discomfort. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this agriturismo based on the lack of transparency and customer service.

Perfect location for trips in the region, eirher culture or winetasting. Very well in terms of cleaning and pool. Breakfast is not very special, good coffee.

Loved the views and location. The cottage was quaint and plenty of space for our family of four. Great air conditioning and wifi. The BBQ dinner was such a great experience. Unfortunately they didn't have any other dinners during our stay over the weekend. The breakfast was good. A little limited in options, but enough. The family and staff operating the property were wonderful. So kind and generous! Easy to drive to nearby towns.

The bed mattresses could use a refresh. They were a little lumpy.
