The location is beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in the hills of Tuscany, it cannot be beat. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. Olivia and Andrea in particular made our stay fantastic. The food in the restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious.

Wi-fi is spotty, but that is not unexpected. The kitchen in our cottage was equipped for cooking, but the knives were really dull. Everything else was great.

Perfect location and great views. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly.

Probably even better when there is a lot of people staying here, but the whole estate is big and every room has some private space so it is really nice. Giacomo the owner was very nice and helpful. - Small TV. If we were to watch movie from the couch, I'm not sure I'd be able to read subtitles. Only if we moved the couch closer. - WiFi was not stable, it dropped connection multiple times. Maybe a bad luck at our stay. There are multiple WiFi hot spots available though. Didn't even complain to the owner, so maybe it would be fixed if we did. At the end, it worked good enough not to be a real problem. - Breakfast was not a great experience for us. Maybe some misunderstanding between the staff. I don't like to mark what I'll eat and then order more to waiter for each small (or big) thing. It kind of ruins the mood. We definitively didn't eat as much as we wanted at breakfast, because we had a strange feeling. Maybe it was just us. We could probably ask for more, but it was just awkward. Used the service only once.

The breakfast was excellent. Our room, Lavanda, was very sweet and spacious. Very lovely grounds and especially Jacomo amd Rosella... such sweet and accommodating new friends in Tuscany !!!

Beautiful setting amongst the olive tree groves in the spectacular Tuscan hills. We stayed in La Tabacchiera cottage which was so warm and inviting. The staff were all exceptionally hospitable, and seemed to truly enjoy making our stay wonderful. The one dinner we had was just delicious - homemade Tuscan cooking with fresh local ingredients, made with love and care, and excellent local wine to accompany it. The breakfasts outdoors were also delicious.
