The staff at the hotel are friendly, the food is proudly South African and there were options for vegeterians. I have never seen such a clean pool in all my travels, the hiking trail is tough but the views make up for it. I will stay at ANEW again and again

The gardens are very well maintained and the reception area and restaurant is well maintained. However for a four star hotel the room are a bit old. The bedding and linen are good. We had varoosue of ants and our drain smelled. Besides form the guy who checked us in who was very friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff are under trained and does not keep up with a four star hotle. No cm customer services. The service that was there was slow the for what you got was very expensive.

All the activities. It is like a resort You dont need to leave

Extractor fan was out in the shower (lying on the window sill) The shower couldve done with a last clean.
