The room was amazing, welcome and stuff welcomed us beautifully

The geyser was not working so we had no hot water but Thabiso helped so much, he even gave us other rooms keys for our comfort. After a while, we were sorted.

"I don’t think I’d ever stay there again, it was my second time staying there and the second experience was more terrible"

I loved the location of the hotel

Poor service, I was placed into a room with dirty sheets, after being made to wait outside for about two hours in the rain inside my car as the room was being prepared poorly

"My experience has been great there were a lot to activities to do, great staff, great food and beautiful rooms."

The location is easy to find, and the atmosphere is welcoming with many activities to choose from, like quad biking, arrow shooting and many more, the swing pools are heated. the staff is welcoming and the food is great.
