Triniti Hotel Batam

The room was cosy and the shower jet was strong to make bathing enjoyable. The hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to the nearby shopping malls. the breakfast buffet was decent. We would consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Triniti Hotel Batam. For the price that I paid, I find the hotel to be above my expectation. The staff at the reception though slightly poor at english (still able to communicate), are very helpful and friendly. They are also efficient at helping me with my problems such as 'card key not working','lack of towel' because we added 1 person above other requests. The rooms themselves were neat, tidy and clean including the toilets. We only had issue with 1 room where the bed sheet was slightly stained. The general location of the hotel is also ideal as it is located within walking distance of Nagoya Hill shopping centre. However there is a short segment of road (1-2 mins walk) leading to the hotel that is dark. Book this hotel remembering how little you paid and you will be thoroughly surprised at how nice the hotel is. I really enjoyed my stay here and would return in future.

First time to this hotel , it wasn't that bad at all, rooms reasonably clean except they don’t provide room slippery and you got to go down to the counter collect yourself. We dare not go out night time as the hotel location near to the residential areas and a small football pitch in front the hotel where the locals will gather there to play football.

Generally the hotel was value for money. They had a TV, Telephone and Fridge in room but no Coffee Maker

Keep your expectations as low as the nightly rate and you'll be OK. This hotel will do in a pinch (could not find another hotel), but the room was dirty and not very comfortable. Staff is very nice - hotel is close to Nagoyah Hill.

ハーバーベイを港に選んでいれば、近いし便利。 目の前は暗いが、一本出ればコンビニエンスストアがあったりするので良いと思う。 シャワーもお湯がシッカリ出たし。 冷蔵庫もクーラーもテレビもちゃんとしていた。 セーフティボックスもあり。

everything are ok, the manager allow us to axtance another 30 mins without charge. =) breakfast are delecious ( kuetiaw goreng) . except the toilet bowl cover are dirty at the back of the bowl cover( the 2nd part). the Spa timing. was open at 11am. we didnt know if the spa was open until late. no information from the reception! on 19 augst. the facility for the SPA area are undermaintanance! they give clothes for us to use the jacusi. but the towel are chargeable! the location a bit far from the main road! noon time are ok for walking. but feel unseft during night time! overall.... the hotel are ok!

Good if you are planning just for an overnight stay. 1) Service is alright though I had a tough time trying to get the housekeeping through the phone. 2) Ordered room service at around 12:10am and food (2 dishes) came only at 12:55am. 3) Room is quite clean - acceptable at the price paid. 4) Breakfast buffet is disappointing. 5) The hotel, though quite near Nagoya Hills Mall, is quite tedious to get to. In all, as long as the price does not go beyond SGD$50 per adult, then it's alright. Otherwise, I would recommend another pricey hotel that would be worth your money.
