Nice pub set in a lovely traditional English village. Somehow communications nearly caused us an issue on arrival, as we thought we'd booked a dog friendly room at the pub. Which the Landlord said wasn't possible as they don't have any dog friendly rooms, only a rentable cottage. Fortunately, that was available for us to stay in for a night - which we appreciated.
Very pleasant stay , staff friendly and breakfast was delicious. Parking a little tricky due to popularity which is a good thing .
