"A good location with great views but we did not get them not even enough light"

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days at a total cost of just under R50 000. For that we got a room on the ground floor one room away from the kitchen. It was very dark and the lighting was not adequate. I asked for a lamp for the desk so I could see to work on my laptop. Nothing came and yet I see lots of lights on desks in their photos. The staff were very nice, obliging and friendly but we felt that we should have complained right away and asked for another room but it was the end of a long trip and I did not want to pack and unpack again. It was so dark that in the area where the clothes cupboards were you needed a torch to see the safe and the switches for the aircon. We did not pay for a special room but at this standard of hotel all the rooms should be good.
