Everything! The star were friendly, the room luxurious, the breakfast was brilliant as was having the choice where to eat it. The swimming pool was an added bonus too.

I just wish we could have stayed longer but that's not the hotels fault!

The staff were very nice and the location is excellent The room was really not up to standard. Dark and on the ground d floor by the parking and next to the kitchen. I asked for a table lamp so I could see what I was doing at the desk and they never gave me anything as if I was mad to ask.

As I said above. The breakfast was adequate but we had better in smaller places. Not 5 star

Die Ausstattung und das Personal waren super.

Das Zimmer direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße ist eine Zumutung bei diesem Preis . Man muss den ganzen Tag das Fenster geschlossen halten, da man ansonsten sein eigenes Wort wegen Verkehr und riesigen Generatoren nicht versteht.

Great location, great rooms and facilities.

Breakfast was not as good as the guest house we stayed at in Hermanus. Staff took a long time to take our breakfast order in some morn8ngs.

Great location. Large rooms with a view of Table Mountain. Friendly and helpful staff.

The need to be let into the pool and gym instead of the room key providing entry.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 weeks. Comments as follows. Location - excellent as everything is within walking distance. Accommodation - we stayed in the Manor House which only has 4 suites, so it was like staying in our own building. We never saw another guest! Both rooms were very large, well equipped and had wonderful views of Table Mountain. Staff - every single member of staff we interacted with was wonderful; always pleasant, always smiling, always helpful. Restaurant - well prepared and presented food of excellent quality. Concierge - organised rugby tickets, helicopter rides, Franschoek tram tickets, city and cape tours etc. Excellent. Gym - small but well equipped. Pool - small but in nice gardens. The only negative was the necessity to be let into the gym or pool by a member of staff. It would be so much more convenient for the room key to be programmed to allow entry into these areas.

The service was outstanding. The room was fantastic.
