Queen Victoria Hotel & Manor House by NEWMARK

Stayed at the Queen Victoria for 5 nights and really liked it. Nice rooms and very friendly staff. Big shout out for Oswell who was fabulous.

We discovered a jewel in the crown when we stayed at this hotel for a week. Our many thanks to Jason and all the wonderful staff, who are a credit to the hotel. The service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We also enjoyed the most wonderful culinary experience where everything was presented beautifully and tasted most delicious. Whether you want restful time by the lovely serviced pool area, time at the vibrant, close-by, Waterfront or as a base to return after a day of sightseeing, this hotel comes with our highest recommendation.

QVH is a delightful hotel and oasis right in the heart of the waterfront. We were very kindly upgraded, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The pool at the Dock House is also excellent.

Perfect location for shopping and strolling around at the waterside.

We have nearly finished our 14 day stay at the Queen Victoria hotel, and have to say it’s been excellent, from first arriving to nearing the end of our stay, the service is outstanding, everyone is so friendly and helpful, special call outs for Monica, LuLu, Laurence, and Oswald, (they set a very high Customer service standard, well done team!!) It’s a real gem of a hotel, everything is immaculate and well maintained, rooms are perfect and a high standard. The pool area is also a great place to relax and soak up the Cape Town sun, and the service is also great there also. The location is A++ , literally a 5 min walk and you in the heart of the V&A waterfront. The Terranium restaurant is also a special place to eat, either for a special occasion or a relaxing meal. This is certainly a hotel we will be returning too in the future, simply brill!! Many thanks
