Great stay.lady welcomed us when we arrived.give clear and precise instructions.escorted us to our room.all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay..

Lovely old pub in lovely village (only 10 minute, £8 cab journey or bus from Uxbridge). Staff were very obliging, even though I did not arrive until late at night. Room very quiet with picturesque view. Comfortable bed.

friendly and homely with good food and beer. Shame it doesn't do cooked breakfasts, they would be very good. i will stay again.

Very pleased with the experience, very well looked after by the lady that checked me in. Quiet location and characterful room.

Small local pub with comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and the Inn is very old so has the delights and issues you would expect. The stairs are narrow and twisty and space is at a premium in corridors where the staff office overflows into the alcoves. The room we stayed in was lovely to look at, a mix of centuries old building, many efforts to bring it into the modern world with nice beds and quality showers, and some 90s throwbacks too. We didn’t eat here. I would happily stay here again.

A very brief stay for business, but the place was clean, comfortable and the staff really friendly. Food was good too! A real gem of a spot just out of the big smoke!!

Only stayed the one night and had a pleasant stay. You have to park in the roads around the hotel but its free and my bed in room 3 was a bit too hard on me so .might need to think of a mattress upgrade and no cooked breakfast.

Lovely bunch of people and beautiful little village would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay, staff lovely, food amazing and the rooms are very homely. Will definitely stay there again
