Surrey House Hotel

First time in Blackpool and Julie and Kevin were very welcoming. The room was prepared earlier than we thought. Very nice and clean and the rooms are neat and very set out nicely. Breakfast was also very nice and parking was available. Would definitely come again if we ever go back and would recommend to new comers as we were at ease due to how nice they were. It’s just a short walk to the piers and beach and if you don’t fancy walking, just walk a few minutes to the main road and a tram stop is just situated which Will take all the way up and down. Very happy :)

What a jewel in the Crown this place is! Friendly, approachable owners. Lovely friendly atmosphere. This place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are bright and airy. We travelled as a family, 2 adults and one child from newcastle and we were made to feel very welcome from the off. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice in cereals and cooked breakfast was perfect. Definitely worth a stay, we will be returning

What a beautiful hotel, Booking was easy over the phone, Julie and Kev are the perfect hosts, more than helpful. We searched far and wide for a pet friendly hotel, Rooms are decorated to the highest standard, spotlessly clean, lots of large fluffy towels, extra pillows and dressing gowns to use for your stay. The bed was very comfortable, large en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice from cereals/croissants/ fresh fruit ( the list of choices is endless) ...then not forgetting the cooked breakfast (very nice) Our 3 night stay was great, just what we needed, very close to the beach front. Already booked for our next trip ...loved it thankyou Julie n Kev xxxx

We stayed here on a recent visit to Blackpool. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we would most definitely stay in this hotel again. Errol and Gill

stayed recently with our granddaughter for one night to go to lights. Was greeted by the very friendly owner into a spotless hotel. Room had a double and single bed. All matching bedding. Lovely clean whit towels and toiletries. Lots of teas and coffees. Even had extras on reception for you to help yourself if needed. Breakfast was the best I'd had in while. 10 cereals to choose from just for starters! Home made jams and marmalades with quite a kick from the whisky flavour😜. Would definitely stay again and recommend you don't pass this on over.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. My son and I were made to feel very welcome during our single night stay. Everything we needed was provided and breakfast was top notch. Freshly prepared at a time to suit us, agreed at check in. Booking, check in and check out was easy and efficient. Located in North Shore away from the busier area's to the south, day time fun and night-life on and around the 3 piers and Pleasure Beach is an easy tram ride away. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night with husband and toddler. Friendly staff who went out their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean with modern decor. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Off street parking was a plus. I believe this B&B to be good value for money and would recommend.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds in a quieter part of Blackpool. Close to the tram stop and about 30 minute walk to the tower. Car park at the back and was allowed to keep my car there all day on day of departure. Julie was friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast, cereal, toast and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Julie even sent someone out to fetch decaf tea for another guest. Only reason I did not score a 5 was due to some guests in the next room being noisy at night which the owners apologised for as with guests who book through secondary web sites like booking.com they cannot vet who stays. It certainly didn't spoil an excellent weekend. My nephews both slept well and loved the rooms and we would return.

Visited Blackpool with my partner for a short break away, and enjoyed every bit of it. Julie&Kev were very welcoming and kind , nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was spacious , very clean, the bed very comfortable, & plenty of space for our belongings. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, my partner had a full fry up and myself, cereal & toast (which there was a variety of choice!) and we also enjoyed the friendly conversation with Julie. We will not hesitate to recommend the Surrey house hotel to our friends and family , and look forward to visiting again. Thank you very much Julie and kev for a great stay :)

Clean & tidy room, modern en-suite, good parking, great breakfast, friendly & outgoing landlady. Location is a nice distance so that you are not in the middle of it all, but also not too far away either. I'd happily stay again
