Surrey House Hotel

Absolutely the worst ned and breakfast i have stayed in.If I could of got my money back (money was taken before I had even arrived), I would never of stayed in this dump of a place.Cats all over,hotelier complaining about her staff whilst we were trying to eat breakfast.Out of date condiments and the lady said she has done a hygiene course!!! I would like to say that a refresher course on health and hygiene would be my first choice on any menu!!!! Don't waste your money on this bed and breakfast. £20 per night extra would get you the Hilton hotel.....

After having my family's bookings being cancelled out of another local hotel with no notice ( after travelling from Scotland) the Surrey house managed to fit some of us in , we were treated lovely from start to finish , lovely welcoming and beautiful cosy immaculate rooms , I was late for breakfast but not a problem still got a lovely hot full breakfast !

We booked last minute as our hotel we originally booked wasn't to our taste especially with a 8 month old baby. On arrival I was gobsmacked at how immaculate this hotel is, from floor to ceiling it's beautiful, beautifully decorated, modern and a little bit of bling. We were greeted by a lovely lady (Julie) who explained everything and then we made our way to our room. Wow!! Again. so clean and the bedding smelled so lovely!! What a hidden gem this hotel is!! I can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much Julie we had a lovely stay with you.

Lovely warm welcome upon our arrival by Julie. Lovely clean fresh decor, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. The hotel has a genuine family feel to it, more like a home than a B&B. I would highly recommend this and will be staying again soon.

Everything from start to finish was great. the host was so friendly and helpful in every way possible. The rooms were immaculate and had anything we could need. I've never been like that place which can't called hotel because I felt I am at home. It was stunning.

I stayed in a family room with my two children in the October half term. What a wonderful place; the rooms were immaculate, the proprietors Julie and Kevin could not have been more helpful - even allowing us to eat a takeaway in the dining area on one night when we were just too tired to go out. The location is fantastic for families because it's in a quiet area of town and yet it's only 2 minutes walk to the tram stop so you can get into town very quickly and easily. The breakfast are amazing! Wonderful place and will definitely be returning! Thank you
