ALEA Hotel & Suites

The facilities at this hotel really stood out to me. There are several pools, easy beach access, and enough sunbeds for everyone. The spa was a pleasant surprise, and the fitness area was sufficient for a quick workout. Our room had plenty of space, good air conditioning, and a clean, modern bathroom. The staff checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, making it a great place to unwind.

This all-inclusive resort exceeded my expectations: clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and excellent food.

Restaurant, reception and bar staff were fantastic. The food was really good with so many choices .

We only had clean towels once in five days and the outside patio area was never cleaned.

Positives: • Nice beach with soft sand • Fresh towels every day • Dinner was good, breakfast had plenty of choice Negatives: • The travel agency promised that we would have rooms next to each other by the pool. However, the hotel had no information about this. At reception we were told it would be arranged after one week, but when we asked again, they said they didn’t know who was moving when and couldn’t guarantee anything. In the end, we spent the entire stay in separate rooms. • Room cleaning was weak (the bedsheet wasn’t changed for a whole week, sand on the floor was never cleaned) • Air conditioning at the end of the season only blew air, it didn’t cool anymore • If you have a birthday, you have to inform them in advance – the hotel doesn’t seem to know guests’ birth dates. Birthday cake is available only for an extra charge • Lunch selection was quite poor Summary: The hotel itself is fine – the beach and food were enjoyable. However, communication and organization were disappointing. If you have any special requests (like rooms next to each other), don’t count on them being fulfilled.
