The location

We booked the hotel so we could use the pool but It was left in a very unhygienic condition. Also, the rooms were smelling damp. One.of the showers weren't working.

Nothing other than the river next to it. It's nit a beach resort, yiu need to cross the road and walk to access the beach.

Loonngg alway into south goa, miles and miles away from Panaji. I checked out without staying 3 nights and moved to a north goa 5 star. Rooms were not clean, toilet was broken. Sofa was not clean, No intercom in rooms, no wifi in rooms. Yiu need to call a mobile number. Cable TV channels not subscribed to save cost. To keep the price low this is a this hotel kills your experience with family. I was travelling wulith Mom, she hated the place like anything. Not senior citizen friendly, at the reception we had walk up the stairs and back down and had to wait to wait for long time to check in as staffs were taking a dinner break. Ridiculous. All photos are very old and photoshopped. The property is completely ill maintained , paint is gone, plastics used to cover for rains from going inside.

Far away from the routine locations in Goa. Very large property. Staff are good people & help where they can.

Property is old and not maintained well. Broken furniture, fittings & shows its age. Linen, curtains all have been used beyond further use.

We booked 4 rooms for my family get together.. Very disappointing Rooms stinking ,rooms are closed for a longer time. Rude and unprofessional staff No water Ac is not working properly (old acs need to replace) Tv is just for show .. asked remote..they don't have. Wrong restaurant timings Property is not maintained properly need maintenance Old mattresses.

Rooms, staff and very bad food quality..it's my bad experience with byke resort. No one is attend me and my complaints.. we would booked five rooms and very bad condition room attloted me..
