my check in took three hours and staff was very rude... they made me to wait in the hot sun for one hour... room was smelling an dirtily kept... bed linen was very dirty....staff was very rude and there is ni phone in the room....tehre was some batchelors in y next who was troubling me in the night and i complained to the hotel staff but no actions were taken

Room was very dirty cobwebs on painting, bathroom room taps dirty, commod black linen dirty, height is that towels given were black. I asked for iron that took for ever. Only focus is on the cleanliness of outside area. Rooms are very poorly maintained
