The White Horse Inn

Menu was wide ranging and evening meals were mixed in quality. Breakfast was fantastic and huge. Location is beatiful and staff were very accommodating (I had to add one more person last minute). The worked hard to accomodate our requirements to securely store bicyles.

Ein außergewöhnliches, nettes Haus mit langer Geschichte. Das gesamte Personal sowie die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Küche ist frisch und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Lovely thatched pub in a quiet location. The staff, especially Poppy were so friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size with the large bathroom upstairs and equipped with everything you need. Lovely white, fluffy towels provided and the shower was instantly warm. Food is reasonably priced and of good quality.

Food was lovely. I ordered the slow cooked Pork belly which was a decent size and really tender however, I only got two fairly small roast potatoes with it! Come on chef, surely you could stretch to 3 or 4? By the time I was halfway through the meal, all I had left to eat was pork. That said, it was lovely as was the cooked breakfast.

Chambre très propre avec salle de bain à l'étage spacieuse et bien équipée. Accueil de qualité. Repas très correct et très bon petit déjeuner. Calme et proche des villages des costwolds que nous avons visité le lendemain.

Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were on a walking holiday so a huge bath was so welcome! Lovely, friendly staff, excellent food. Would definitely recommend.
