"Shabby and expensive though staff were helpful"

Staff very helpful

Room was shabby and in need of refurbishment. At £236 for the night it was lousy value for money. There was even a supplement if you wanted the full English breakfast

"Great location and atmosphere"

The place is in a lovely setting, the bar and restaurant are quaint and comfortable. The evening meal was a reasonable price and the food quality was great. Loads of selection for breakfast and all the staff were great

"Very welcoming staff, good food , clearly people love it as it was very busy serving food and drink all evening ,very re"

The staff were excellent as was the food, the Inn was very clean and well located but the furnishings and decor we felt were a bit tired .

The decor was tired and rather bland for us
