the staff were very helpful and responsive, it was a lovely pool area and bar and the restaurant and bar next door were very convenient

e thought it was a shame not to have the breakfast outside or at least somewhere light, it is served in the basement

The hotel is amazing and has great breakfast! I love the atmosphere it and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Our entire experience here was fantastic. First off the host is one of the kindest men I have ever met! We were fresh off of a long bike ride in the pouring down rain and he let us wash and store our bikes, then he opened the restaurant especially for us just so we could have some food. I was shocked at how above and beyond he goes for his guests, he deserves an even higher score than 10. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious and have fantastic amenities including kitchen, hair dryer, amazing beds etc. The hotel has a very refreshing pool, a great bar and fantastic bakery with amazing pistachio croissants. The breakfast was also the best we had in Italy with a great range of fruits, croissants, cereals, eggs and much more.

there were no options for food and the host spoke no english. the booking.com website listed the wrong location for the facility and upon finally finding it, it wasn’t clear what door to knock on in order to check in.

Welcoming and friendly host. Great storage for our bikes. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the warm afternoon sun! Breakfast was fine.

Nice swimming pool, kids play area and lots of green. The staff is very friendly and helpful

there were no kitchen cleaning equipment in the apartment, but when we asked the staff provided us with some

great facilities ( including gym), rich breakfast and the owners were very kind giving us a room upgrade.
