Kondalilla Eco Resort

From the photos we were expecting quiet cabins surrounded by nature. There is nature/forest off the balcony. But the cabins are not private. You are in close proximity to others. Leave your curtains open and we felt as though we were in a fish bowl. Cars parking behind us. People walking behind us. Cabins next to us could see in. The cabins were in need of a good clean. Mould all over them. I know it's in a rainforest area but for how much you pay I think they should be better maintained. I'm sick of resorts demanding you take out rubbish and wash dishes/glasses or a cleaning fee will be charged. It's not airbnb it was a resort. A very expensive night I don't want to pay all that money to empty rubbish and wash a couple of glasses. It always makes me question the cleanliness of the glasses as people may not put them through a dishwasher or wash them properly. Super comfortable bed (we like a soft bed) , nice staff. The restaurant was excellent. Accom worth the money?... no it wasn't.

Quiet and peaceful weekend

Amazing lady on the front desk I can’t recall her name but we will certainly be back for a visit, the shower is big enough to fit a family of 10, my wife used the outdoor bath and loved it truly a great weekend

Very enjoyable stay overall, friendly staff, great food in the restaurant. Only small issues - the firm alarms in our rooms went off in a few times, which was nothing major, but we had to way to get in touch with reception to alet them, as appears there is no after hours, whilst the phone signal is poor so we had to way to get in touch anyway, Likewise, the wifi signal is also poor in the Family room we stayed in.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever!! Just amazing and the tree house is so cool. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful surroundings, clean accommodation, friendly staff. The restaurant was outstanding. Quality food, friendly staff at a reasonable price.

Enjoyable great location to falls hikes etc

Always a beautiful and cosy place to stay. My partner and I have come up for a weekend away a few times and it has consistently been such a relaxing and comfortable experience. Right from check in with the friendly and welcoming staff. A comfy bed, fireplace, and a simple meal cooked on the countertop whilst being surrounded by nature in a private cabin, is a pretty amazing way to reset the soul.

We stayed one night in a family room. It was perfectly clean with everything you needed. Very comfy. We liked that we could walk to Kondalilla Falls from the property. Staff were amazing.
