An absolutely beautiful weekend was spent relaxing at this incredible resort. Between the sound of the waterfall from our cabin to the luscious rainforest surrounding it, you breathe a sigh of relief as soon as you enter. Lisa in reception may be the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered with a gorgeous twinkle in her eye - she is genuinely happy to see you. We could not have asked for a better experience and cannot wait to come back!

Didnt have a comfortable sleep due to the fact that 2 single beds were put together to form a double bed so the join was very uncomfortable to say the least. Disappointed as the price of accommodation clearly stated double bed and thats not what we paid for $497 per night. The picinic hamper requires more thought for the price as I coudnt see to value being totally worth it.

Very nice for a quick weekend away, the lodge was very comfortable. Only a quick trip into Montville or to the local sightseeing areas.

After purchasing 4-5 gift vouchers through this resort, my parents were unable to use the voucher due to my father having a serious heart condition and needing recovery. They were not even 2 weeks late; my father reached out to them and Groupon to be told "no this has expired it will not be honoured". After i have spent thousands with both organisations it took over a month to basically be told we dont want your business. A horrible situation for someone excited to utilise and already being through so much. I wouldn't go near this place nor would I recommend any means of prepayment.

The Eco resort is a gem and we will be back for sure! I love Kondalilla, and lived in the area for almost 20 years. I would go and run the track daily watching is grow into busy place it is now. Back then you used to get the beauty for yourself, well almost anyway.. Staying at the Eco resort reminded me of the beautiful time.
