Kondalilla Eco Resort

We absolutely loved the treehouse views and the wood fireplace. Such a cosy cabin. A shame that the spabath was no longer working, but we still had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend this to others.

This must be our 5th or 6th visit to the resort. It never appears to pale in our minds. We were in tree house 22 this time. It was spotless, The bed was very comfortable. The couch was a little difficult to get out of, but that might be my age. Sitting on the extensive deck was very relaxing. The only sounds are those of the native Forest. The weather was bright and clear every day. It so calming to watch the wind stir the trees. Even when we've visited in th rain, it has been a pleasure. It's location is perfect. It is only minutes from Montville, Flaxton and Mapleton and they all have very interesting and enjoyable places to see, dine and shop. Lake Baroon and Mapleton national park are a short drive away The entrance to Kondalilla Falls National park backs onto the resort. The restaurant has a great menu and Sunday lunchtime music. The only downside it is only opened Thursday to Sunday. However, there are many other options nearby. The lack of wifi is a bit of an issue and reception for mobile date can be a bit tricky. We go there to get away from a lot of that, so it isn't really a big issue for us.

Quiet, beautiful scenery. Inconvenient having to drive to get anywhere

We have stayed at Kondalilla eco-resort several times. The rooms are well-designed and perfectly appointed with rainforest views all around. A calm and restorative environment. The on-site restaurant is fantastic as is the Sunday afternoon music. And on top of this, it is located on the doorstep on the national park- perfect for an early morning walk or hike! Just wonderful!

Very tranquil area. Wotif said late checkout was $50 but it turned out to be $80

Beautiful location and accomodation, lots to do, amazing resturant and friendly staff.

Really good getaway to take a break from urban life, with the cabins you really get the feel of serenity and calmness as the big windows/walls in the bedroom constantly remind you of the forest around you. The staff were very accommodating and polite. The location is great for bushwalking as it's right next to the kondalilla track, they have 2 pools (1 heated) and a small suana (was out of service) on offer aswell. my only gripes were: -the area does have spotty reception (probably can't be helped given the location, but make sure you sort anything you need to do over the phone before resting at the cabin or prepare to drive out trying to find reception if you need it), -the road up to the cabin lodges has some nasty pot holes going up. -wasnt a fan that the resorts restaurant specialises in only vegan and seafood options as that isn't really to my taste so we had to drive out for dinner (not a big deal just an inconvenience) Overall it was a great weekend and the cabin and resort was well worth the price for me.

Our cabin was located amongst the tree’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing. My only thought would be that due to modern times a little more in room entertainment would be good. Other than that if your looking for a good break with your partner i would recommend it!
