Literally everything is amazing! The breakfast has wayyyyy so many options that I can’t even choose from, reception staff are amazing the ladies are kind and very understanding and Anas made our check in very smooth and even upgraded the room as we had a bad experience in our previous hotel, as for the housekeeping Mr Omar Hawsawi is very attentive and always there to help him and the whole housekeeping staff! BEST STAFF EVER! Everyone is super kind and helpful here thats why I come every single year

Loved my stay at this hotel in Medina. The staff was so friendly specially Zainab, Ashraf and Sara. They upgraded our rooms for free too. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and food at their buffet was excellent as well. Since it’s right next to Masjid-eNabwi, it was very convenient and we were able to reach for Namaz within 5 minutes.

My stay was excellent the star was the superfreindly staff Waleed, Mohammed Altoauri Saleh And lujain they are the best, the hotel location, furniture and the restaurant all are amazing the sofitel madina will always be my choice . The multiple elevators made easy to go up and down for prayers ….. it was beyond expectations فندق رائع على جميع المستويات، الستاف متعاون جداً ولطيف شكرا محمد الطوري ، وليد صالح ولجين!
