One thing that truly stood out was the premium experience, which was clearly reflected in the quality of the food. Every cuisine was thoughtfully curated, and each dish was full of flavor. What surprised me the most was how exceptional the vegetarian options were. It's rare to see veg dishes receive the same attention as non-veg, but here they were absolutely outstanding. Overall, the food exceeded my expectations.

Nice ambience, aesthetic rooms and good food

The resort is very well located (not too far from the main market - 5 minutes drive) and has enough space for parking as well. The rooms are well placed with the garden and pool view. Tip: Pool view rooms are better. The best part of the resort are the activities inside - garden, swings, cycling and host of facilities for kids in the evening - Mehndi, Caricature (paid), Braiding, Coloring etc. What to improve: probably the evening Tea and Snacks can be better organized. On a full day like weekends the counters are very crowded and limited space to sit and enjoy the tea.

Had a wonderful stay at Evershine Resort & Spa, Mahabaleshwar. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. A special thanks to Laxmi and Meenakshi for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. They were always helpful, courteous, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a memorable experience with excellent staff, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
