But when called for booking no one picks the call at reception. That’s the only problem while booking

The staff wasn't courteous, we spend lakhs of rupees for 4 night stay and yet no welcome, no sign off. A resort should treat their guests so preciously that they want to come back again but the front desk sounded rude, I will not recommend this resort and rather recommend le meridian or courtyard by Marriott if you are looking at a luxury resort in Mahabaleshwar

Overall good for family outing. Food was good. Swimming pool was clean. Gym and play area was monitored, so less worry about kids. So you get play area, swimming pool, small bicycle round and trees to walk around in same campus.

Room size is small for resort. On site rainforest and valley view rooms have huge cost difference. Actually both rooms are exactly same. Only difference is what you see outside the window. One has trees, other has valley, makes not much difference if there is a fog outside.

It was a very good experience at Evershine.
