Lovely hotel have stayed here many times. Friendly staff

Air cooling unit not working well and room very hot. Fans were supplied.

"Pleasant Stay"

Appreciated the breakfast and the variety. I asked for an alternate item which was provided. All staff were very attentive and willing to support. Thank you "Chantelle" on front of house.

I had actually booked a King Size Room. Upon arrival I was greeted by a twin room. I reported this straight away to the night porter and was given a reason of a larger group had booked in so my room was moved. The plus side to this was front of house refunded me half of the room fee back.

The hotel was very nice the room and bed were large and clean. The location for the event we were attending was perfect. However the food in the evening was very poor, dried up and obviously frozen. Expensive for what it was. The choice was also poor. However the breakfast was good.
