Mercure Sheffield Parkway

Room was clean. On an upper floor. Restaurant for evening meal was good. Food was hot and tasty and staff well attentive and polite. Check in was good. Bed was comfortable

Room service breakfast was not very nice at all- Bacon was like rubber far too overdone Beans very dried up Sausage needed more cooking Toast was just warm bread- didn't come with any butter Not very appetising at all Room- sofa bed had tears in it. Air conditioning was very noisy, quite a dark room. Needs a little update. Very strong air freshner smell in reception area which you could smell whilst eating in the restaurant.

location, how clean and in a good condition, it was warm, staff friendly and helpful, food brakfast and our dinner we had excellent choice and quality was very high. value for money

Awful sewer smell like sewage in bedroom

Old bathroom with cracked floor tiles and very bad smell coming from shower drain. Dirty teaspoon with tea and coffee which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay.

The room was nice and spacious with shower.

There was no bathtub in our room. There was only one bath towel for me and my husband.
