Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that the requested bedding configuration is subject to availability. Please note that additional guests are accommodated on a rollaway bed. The accommodation at Reflection on the Sea is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30 until 17:00 Saturday 8:30 until 15:00 Sunday 9:00 until 14:00 All guests must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Proof of age in the form of photo ID will be required prior to the release of keys. The property has the right to refuse any booking, or access to the property when the legal guardian cannot provide a current form of acceptable ID when requested at check-in or is not present at check-in, nor intends to stay at the property for the duration of the booking. Please be advised that the level 2 swimming pool and spa area will be closed from May 11th – June 12th 2026 (weather dependent) A deposit may be required at the property.

"I cut my finger on damaged glass bowl that was in cupboard"

Broken glass bowl cut my finger on it Cigarette burns on outdoor chairs and fresh ash not cleaned up prior to me checking in as well as chocolate on dinning chairs

"Very disappointing."

The view, swimming and spa pool:

We stayed in Unit 301, the unit isn’t at all luxurious like the photos you see promoting the apartments Very battered and run down, marks on walls, chips out of skirting boards very disappointing. You get what they call a starter pack the dish cloth was a thin chux cloth that looked like it at be used before, not a new one. You get one tea towel for the staycation and one towel each, no pool towels, so you are continually washing towels. The rubbish bin looks like it’s never been washed, the patio doors had finger marks all over it, the outdoor furniture was dirty with stained cushion covers. Walk outside to head to the beach and the automatic doors open and all you can smell is Urine from people urinating overnight. Very disappointed and not worth the money they want to charge.
