Hotel Glenwood Springs

We had rescan our room cards way too many times, 6-8 since they kept on stopped working. The good hardworking staff informed us to keep the cards away from credit cards with scan chips or our iPhones which we did but they still eventually stopped working

I was able to walk from the hotel to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, which I highly recommend! Super nice staff and great breakfast. Gondola up to the adventure park is on-site.

Slow elevator, but stairs aren't bad.

Location and nice helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was yummy.

The water park was closed. That was the reason we picked that hotel. The bathrooms in the ground floor were dirty not maintained. The bathtub in the room was clogged. The ice machine was not in service. No soap to wash hands. Room peep hole was reversed. Could not look out from it but could look in.

The lobby is nice. The staff are friendly. There are ample vending and ice machines, and water fill stations. My kids had fun at the pool and in the game room. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for just a few days. The free breakfast was decent. I liked the yogurt machine for parfaits. The location is excellent, particularly if you are headed to the adventure park or the river.

I don't really have any complaints. There are great amenities and a basic, double room is cute and comfy enough for a shorter stay.
